11/12 19:18	Maintenance is finished. Chamber and other parts of it is cleaned and polished. TRAP is included for good health of Rotary Pump and use of it is limited to responsible persons only. It will be used after every 500th cycle. If you are the 500th cycle user, please contact responsible persons. Possibility of change in etching condition cannot be commented.	Kochhar
